How reviews work

  1. You book and stay.
  2. After check-out we send you a private review link – only guests with a completed booking get one.
  3. You and the host review each other. Both reviews are published together once both are in, or after 14 days – so nobody changes theirs after reading the other.
  4. The host can reply publicly to your review.
  5. We remove a review only for abuse, personal details or breaking our rules – never because the rating is low.

Do I ever pay online?

Booking is always ₹0. Most stays are paid fully at the property. Some hosts ask a small advance after they confirm – it’s always shown on the stay before you book, and you get 1 hour to pay it.

Are the hosts checked?

Every host is checked with an ID proof and a proof of the property before bookings are passed on to them.

Can anyone post a review?

No. Only guests with a completed booking get a review link, so every guest review on this page comes from a real stay.
