The Ratan Estate is a private hilltop villa in Managher village near Mukteshwar (Okhalkanda, Nainital district), with open views across the Kumaon hills and, on clear days, the snow peaks of the Himalaya. The whole villa is yours: 2 bedrooms with warm pine-wood ceilings, 2 modern washrooms with hot water, and a glass living room cum attic – the best spot in the house for sunrise, sunsets and a cup of chai while the valley lights come on at night. Good to know: • Entire villa for up to 6 adults + 2 children • Home-cooked meals available on request (extra charge) • Parking at the property, garden with flowering plants • Quiet village setting – ideal for families, couples and small groups who want slow mountain days Nearby: Mukteshwar Dham and Chauli ki Jali, Dhanachuli, Satkhol and the Kumaon orchard trails. Nainital and Bhimtal are a scenic drive away. Registered homestay – no GST is charged on the stay.
