Who is the Hotel Dashboard for?
Hotels, homestays, guest houses, resorts and hostels of any size – from 3 rooms to 100+. It is built for Indian properties: GST bills, Form C, UPI and WhatsApp.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Your staff sign in with their mobile number and a one-time code – no passwords to remember.
Do I have to list my property on Stay in Bharat?
No. You can use only the Hotel Dashboard – your hotel is not shown on Stay in Bharat. Listing is free whenever you want online bookings too; they then land on your room calendar automatically.
How much does it cost?
The Hotel Dashboard is free right now – every feature included.
Can it make GST bills?
Yes. If you are GST registered it makes tax invoices with CGST and SGST per line (room by rate slab, food and extras at your rates); if not, it makes a bill of supply. Bills are numbered per financial year.
Does it help with Form C for foreign guests?
Yes. It collects all Form C details at check-in (or online before arrival), reminds you when Form C is due and gives you every field ready to copy into indianfrro.gov.in.
Is my guests’ data safe?
ID photos are stored privately, ID numbers are encrypted and ID photos are deleted automatically after the period you choose (DPDP Act). Each staff member only sees what their role needs, and every action is logged.
Can my staff use it?
Yes – add your manager, front desk, kitchen and housekeeping staff. Each role sees only its own work. You see who did what in the activity log.
