The Pause House Mukteshwar Road

The Pause House Mukteshwar Road is a mountain-side cottage hideaway on the Nainital–Mukteshwar road, with cozy timber details, valley views and plenty of room to breathe. It's the newest branch of The Pause House – boutique cottage stays made for slow mornings, weekend resets and workations in the Kumaon hills. There are three cottages: The Nest, a cozy cottage with shared living spaces and café access; The Meadow, a spacious master-bedroom cottage with a private balcony; and The Pine, a peaceful cottage room with a hill view. All come with Wi-Fi, power backup and parking, and guests share comfortable living spaces. An on-site café and in-house kitchen serve food on order (meals are not included in the cottage rates). Bonfire evenings and long weekly workation stays are welcome – ask for the weekly rate.
