About this stay

The Pause House Bhimtal is a small boutique cottage stay in the hills near Bhimtal and Naukuchiatal – made for slow mornings, long conversations and quiet weekends in Kumaon. A little stream flows just a few minutes' walk away, and the garden has fairy lights and seating for evenings outdoors. There are two cottages: The Nest, a cozy, restful room with access to the shared common spaces, and The Meadow, a comfortable cottage room with its own attached private kitchen – good for longer stays and workations. Both come with Wi-Fi, power backup and parking. There is no in-house food service at Bhimtal: guests can cook in The Meadow's kitchen or order from local cafés. Weekly workation stays are welcome – ask for the weekly rate. The Pause House also has a second branch on Mukteshwar Road with three cottages and an on-site café.
