The Heritage Jasmine Lodge is a 125-year-old wooden heritage home in Lal Bagh, Upper Kaithu – a quiet, green part of Shimla, just a 20–25 minute walk to the famous Mall Road and the Ridge. The B&B is run by the Gharu family, who welcome guests with real Himachali warmth. Rooms keep the charm of the old timber building – wooden floors, high ceilings and big windows – with clean washrooms and hot water. Choose a Standard Double Room for couples, or a Deluxe Family Suite: two interconnected rooms with two queen beds and one washroom – perfect for families or small groups of up to 4 adults and 2 children. Relax in the open lawn and sitting area with your morning tea, then walk down to Mall Road, Lakkar Bazaar or Christ Church. Free parking and free Wi-Fi are available, and home-cooked food can be arranged. Good to know: heritage wooden building – smoking and alcohol are not allowed inside. Children up to 10 years stay free.
